Terms

TryLatestModel.com sells a pass to chat with a named AI model. These terms describe what you are buying and what we owe each other. They are written to be read.

What a pass is

A pass gives you a fixed number of turns with the model named on the page at the time you bought it — currently GPT-6 Astra, 15 turns for $10. A turn is one question from you and one completed answer from the model.

Your pass is a claim on that specific model. If a newer model is released, your pass keeps working with the one you paid for.

No expiry

Turns do not expire on a calendar. A pass remains valid for as long as the model behind it is available from its provider.

If the provider withdraws the model, we will email you before it happens and refund any unspent turns automatically at the shutdown date. You do not have to ask.

Limits

• Questions up to 2,000 characters.
• Answers up to roughly 1,800 words. If an answer reaches that limit you can ask the model to continue, which uses another turn.
• Four messages per minute.
• Text only. No file or image uploads, no voice, no web browsing, no code execution.

If an answer fails to complete, or the model declines to respond, that turn is not counted.

Refunds

If the service fails and you have not received the answers you paid for, email us and we will refund you. If you have used your turns and simply did not find them useful, we will not.

Unspent turns are refunded automatically if the model is withdrawn, as above.

Acceptable use

Do not use this service to break the law, to harm others, or in any way that breaches the model provider's own usage policies. We may end a pass without refund for serious misuse.

What we do not promise

Model output is generated text. It can be wrong, and it is not professional advice of any kind. Check anything that matters before relying on it. The service is provided as-is, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for your pass.
