Privacy
This policy describes what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. It reflects what the service actually does.
What we collect
- Your email address, collected by Stripe during payment. We use it for your receipt, to send you your link back to the conversation, and to notify you if the model is withdrawn.
- Your conversation — the questions you ask and the answers you receive.
- Usage figures — token counts and the cost of each turn, used to understand what the service costs us to run.
- Payment records — the amount, currency and Stripe identifiers for your purchase.
We do not collect your name, address, or card details. Card details go directly to Stripe and we never see them.
Who processes your data
- OpenAI receives your questions in order to generate answers. Because a multi-turn conversation works by referring back to earlier turns, OpenAI also retains a copy of the conversation under their own retention policy, which is not ours to control.
- Stripe processes your payment and collects your email address.
How long we keep it
Your conversation is kept while your pass is unspent, so you can return to it, and is deleted within 30 days of the pass being spent or refunded.
Payment records and anonymous usage figures are kept for accounting. Usage figures contain token counts and costs — not the text of your conversation.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversations to train models. We do not read them for analytics or advertising.
Deleting your data
Email connect@trylatestmodel.com and we will delete your conversation and your email address. We keep the minimum payment record required for accounting.
Cookies
We set one cookie. It identifies your pass so that your turns and your conversation are yours when you return. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
